John Moyer '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is John Moyer and I play golf for Marian Catholic High School. The sport I have also played most of my life is ice hockey all over PA and even in New Hampshire. While golf and hockey are different sports, I play both for my team and my only goal is to win as a team. In golf, I am playing by myself but playing for the team on my shirt. My golf scores have significantly gotten better over my years at high school and I am only improving as the years go on. I started high school as the 6th position on the team, and now I am in 1st position as I guide my team. Also during my Senior season, I played on the 5th position to help out a new golfer we had at position 6 so I could help him with strategy, rules, etc. I am in honors classes and have received 1st and 2nd honors awards multiple times. I look forward to achieving great things academically in college, and contributing everything I can to my school.
