I won't bore you with the "I'm a hard worker" or "I want to play for you" because anyone who wants to play collegiate golf is a hard worker and is committed to bettering their game. Growing up in the suburbs of New York, I have been fortunate enough to have no financial concerns for my college career and while greatly appreciated, no scholarships will be accepted, as there are 1,000,000 other kids who need that scholarship more than me. After my freshman year at the Albany Golf Academy in Nassau Bahamas, I was a 5.0 index and played a lot on the local scene in New York. Since then I moved down to Charleston South Carolina to continue my year round practicing, and playing as a part of the Bishop England High School Team. The team won their 4th state title in 9 years last year and we hope to repeat this year. In terms of what makes me a good candidate for a team, I'm getting better by the minute, and I'm obsessive over technique. Now that is a two way mirror as some can get over technical, and I have fallen victim to that trap before but I would like to teach one day, and to acquire that knowledge would be crucial. Thank you for even paying attention to this page, as you probably see 1,000 of these profiles. Giving my page any of your most precious commodity, your time, means the word.
Thank you,
Ethan Bluhm
