~~My name is Patrick Talledo and I am a Senior honors student at Cardinal Newman High school in Columbia South Carolina. My goal after high school is to play golf on a competitive golf team while pursuing a degree from a selective University in the math/science field.
While playing golf and playing in the school band year round, as well as working on my studies, I am developing better time management and organizational skills. During this time I have been able to maintain a 4.04 GPA. With my experience and strong work ethic along with my time management skills and my commitment to my academics and athletic goals, I feel I am well prepared to become a College student athlete. I am also very supportive of my teammates. I enjoy helping others and seeing them achieve their goals. I am known to grind it out and help the team during tournaments.
I would like to play for a coach who will teach me life lessons, help me grow both as a student and an athlete, who will help me with my mental game, and make small tweaks in my swing as needed. I am also seeking a golf program where I can play and contribute to the team’s success. I am very dedicated to my golf game. I am on the course practicing almost every day. I feel my desire to continue to improve and work on both my strengths and weaknesses will improve my game.
I have attached me resume along with my spring and summer tentative golf schedule. If you think I could be a good fit for your school, I would be happy to keep in touch and send you updates.
Thanks again for taking the time to view my resume and my NCSA profile.
