My collegiate goal is to be able to play for any divisional school and after college try for the PGA tour. I have been working my butt off these past two years to be able to get to this point in my golf game. My work ethic is nonstop for this game. Whenever I have the chance to go play or practice I will do it, regardless of how I feel. I have never wanted something so bad from a sport until I started playing golf. Golf can be an everyday struggle and I have tried to learn from it. I am very proud of myself, on how far my game has developed in such a short time, but I still want to become better at all aspects. My swing coach Matthew Okutsu, has transformed my entire golf game.I can finally see my hard work starting to pay off. I have learned a great value from this game. Patients, is key in this game and I use it as a strategy when I’m playing. Also, showing respect is a big part of my life and a part of every aspect of the game, such as rules, behavior, and education on and off the course. Currently, my senior year GPA is a 3.8. My goal this year is to achieve a 4.0 or higher. I want to challenge myself not just academically, but on any golf team to show that I have what it takes to be successful.
