I have had an unconventional start to my junior golf career, as I did not begin taking golf seriously until I was 13 (summer of 2015). In those 5 years, I have improved in all areas of my golf game, most notably time management and work ethic. To say I am enamored by golf would be an understatement. I respect the game and the values it teaches and thoroughly enjoy the competitive nature of the sport. Whether rain, snow, or shine, I cannot get enough of the game. I am confident that my game will improve with the continued learning atmosphere that a college coach can provide.
I humbly believe that I have not scratched the surface of my potential as a player. My scores continue to improve with an average of an eight-stroke difference each year. I am hopeful that you can see potential with the understanding that I am working hard to continue improving.
As important as golf is to me, academics and overall college experience are just as important. I have maintained a 4.1 GPA and have recently been inducted into the National Honor Society.
