The reason I think I would be a great addition to any team is because I uplift the team, and I have the heart, and the drive to accomplish anything and everything. Being apart of a team, for me, is about all of us succeeding, not just one person. If my teammates are not putting in the time, we need to ask each other why, hold each other to the standards we have committed to. I strive to surround myself with people that are always trying to improve their self, academically and physically so we can keep each other accountable at all times. Reaching the next level after high school would be an amazing journey, and I can guarantee nobody will work harder than I would for an organization that is willing to give me a chance.
