My name is Caleb Blackburn, and I am in my Junior year at Concordia Lutheran High School in Tomball, TX.
I currently compete year-round in golf tournaments. In the fall and winter, I play in tournaments for the STPGA (South Texas PGA) and Beltway Golf Association. In the spring, I continue to play for those two groups, along with playing for my high school team. I spend my summers playing golf in Upstate New York for the NENYPGA (Northeastern New York PGA).
Additionally, I have a PGA coach, John Phillips, who instructs at The Summit Golf School in Spring, TX.
In competition, my lowest score is an 73 at Capital Hills Country Club (Albany, NY July 2022 - NENYPGA).
Overall, my handicap is currently a 4.0.
I am looking to continue my education at a university that fits my needs academically, size-wise, and with the hopes of playing golf.
I currently have a 4.0 GPA and I’m taking AP and pre-AP classes. I was also inducted into the National Honor Society in September because of my leadership, academics, and volunteerism.
I'm open to looking at colleges and universities across the United States as we have lived in many different locations. (I've lived in New York, Wisconsin, Iowa, Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia, Warsaw - Poland, Ohio, and currently, Texas.)
