Carson Lewis '21 Recruiting Profile

    I got into golf when I was 13 years old. When my brother left for his LDS mission, he told me I should pick up a club and try golf. After a few times playing, I was in love with the game. Nothing could stop me from golfing! Over the last three years, I have worked hard to get where I am today and learned many life lessons along the way.

    My goals and aspirations are to play collegiate golf for the team that best suites me. Although golf is very important to me, school is my top priority. I would like to find a college that helps me grow academically while improving in golf. Through hard work on and off the golf course and great leadership skills, I make a great candidate for your team. Years of NEPGA jr and UJGA have helped me vastly improve my game, especially under pressure. Also, being captain of the Bountiful High School golf team increased my leadership skills with one more bright year to come. As a junior in high school, I would like to win region and place top-10 individually in the state tournament. I am dedicated to working hard at getting great grades while improving my golf game and earning a college scholarship!
