I want to play golf as far as the game takes me. I have not put down the clubs since I started playing at age 13 and because of this, I think that my skills grew quickly. At first, I did not have any intentions of playing high level golf because I always aspired to play baseball but gradually, I started loving the game of golf more and decided to join the high school team. I do not come from parents that play golf but they have always respected the values that the game teaches. I think golf had given me the opportunity to grow as a person because I had gained skills such as leadership. Playing golf, I have made friendships not just on the team but also with the community. I embrace the process of working hard not just in golf but in academics. Although I have a tight schedule with many AP and IB classes, I try to fit in golf as much as possible so that I can try to excel at both.
