Personal Statement
My goal as a golfer is to get my average down into the mid 70s, play on a college team, and be able to put good scores on the board for the team. I am currently a Senior at Thomas A. Edison in Alexandria Virginia, and I have just concluded my High School Golf Career. During High School I have participated in all four years of Varsity Golf as well as being a two year Varsity Captain as a Junior and Senior. Along side High School golf I have played VSGA events, played in the MAVGA (mid Atlantic Vietnamese golf association) golf club, and work with the TopGolf Alexandria golf pro as to ways to enhance my game. While I had a very good career in High School, I was not able to enhance my game enough during the off season to be as competitive as I would like to be. During the off season I tore my ACL which held me back. My drive and wanting to be a better golfer suits me perfectly to b a successful college golfer.
