2021 SpotlightPersonal Statement
To start out with, I am a new golfer. I was previously an ice hockey goalie. You might think this is not relevant, but being a goalie has improved my mental strength and my ability to stay composed under pressure which I feel gives me an advantage on the course. Like I said before I am new to golf but and have improved greatly. From an academic stand point, I think I would be good competition in your school. I have a 4.53 GPA and take many AP classes to keep a competitive edge. In college I want to pursue an engineering degree or possibly physics. All in all, what I want from college is to come Out with a degree and play some competitive golf I love competition it’s what drives me.
