My goals are to attend an undergraduate college or university, majoring in Biology/Pre-Med and play competitive golf during my tenure there. Long-term, I plan to attend medical school, pursuing and MD or MD/PhD, with the intention of becoming a surgeon (neuro and/or plastic, with focus on maxillofacial and cleft palate repair). As a student I want to not only achieve excellent grades, but also view it as an opportunity to gain knowledge and expand my understanding. I work hard and am diligent about my coursework.
I feel that I am an excellent addition to the team for several reason. First, my drive to improve myself and my own game. Second, I always work to assist the others on my team to do the same for themselves, making both them, as individuals, and the team better. I perform well under pressure and will adapt and change as needed to adjust my swing and game to achieve the best results. I am competitive and hardworking.
I addition to golf, I am also an active trainee and competitor in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, having earned my blue belt in 2019, and am currently pursuing a kettlebells strength certification. This training has given me several advantages as well. As a large teen (6'3" and 215 pounds) I have had to often train and compete with adults both older and larger than me, developing a sense of dedication and maturity. As a BJJ student I have learned to lead by example and help others overcome their limitations while also improving myself.
