Ben Gray College ...Personal Statement
I started playing golf when I was six- years-old. However, I truly have become passionate about the sport the last three years. I have given up all other sports so that I could devote myself to the game of golf. Currently, I play on my high School golf team (Kettle Run High School) and am one of the top six players who participate in all the tournaments, My dream is to work hard and play golf in college, My parents have always taught me that working hard is essential in reaching my goals. I have been told by numerous coaches while playing several sports that I am very “coachable”. I find that remark to be the greatest compliment because it means that I am teachable. Academically, I hope to be able to study engineering in school. I look forward to hearing from coaches and learning about all the wonderful opportunities out there.
