My name is Mason Wyatt and I am a Junior at Staunton High School, in Staunton, Virginia. I started playing golf coming into my freshman year of high school and I immediately had a passion for the game. I started to progress very quickly and broke 80 in a short amount of time. Above I have put some of my older scores to show my overall improvement as a golfer over time. I’m a left-handed 5’10” golfer and I find much enjoyment in weightlifting to enhance my golf game. As a junior golfer trying to play at the next level (Division I Golf), I have been a little under the radar due to finances. Without a lot of money, I have been playing in all the tournaments I can to try to gain some scores for experience and for a resume. I pride myself in being the hardest worker out there and I believe I can really do some damage out there at the college level. I work hard to maintain strong grades and be the best overall person I can be. I believe my rapid improvement and drive to be the best really showcases my golfing ability the best. For example, I have shown how my golf game has grown through the difference between my freshman year of averaging mid to high 80’s to making under par scores a common reoccurrence.
