My name is Chase Sturgis, and I am from Spokane Valley, WA, in the graduating class of 2026. I began playing golf at 3 years old and grew up in a golfing family. I began competing when I was 12 years old, and my skills have gotten stronger and sharper every year. My short-term goal is to begin competing in more State, Regional, and National events to gain experience and sharpen my skills against the best. I love golf because of the challenge it brings each day, and the way that it pushes me to learn and become a better player. I love the individual aspect of golf, but I also love the team aspect. I have high motivation to play collegiate golf, and love putting in the work and practice in order to get me there.
As I continue to expand my tournament play, I look forward to the challenges that come with playing at the highest level of junior golf. I have been raised with motivation to play at the highest level there is, and I continue to work each day to reach my goals. I always seek challenges in areas I can learn and grow from experiences, and better my game for the future. I am excited to continue to pursue high level golf, and the recruiting that comes with it!
Thank you for taking the time to read. Looking forward to future events to come!
