Hayden Stocker '18 Recruiting Profile

    My name is Hayden Stocker and I'm currently a Senior at Redwood High School in Marin California. I am a member of the Honors Society and am enrolled in multiple AP classes. My goal is to apply the same attitude and drive that I've learned from playing competitive hockey to the college I attend and to make an impact on a competitive hockey team at the highest collegiate level I can.

    I love the game of hockey and I’m proud to say that it's a major part of my life. Every time I step on the ice for either a game or practice, I feel a rush of excitement and adrenaline. Every practice I strive to learn new things and to work as hard as I possibly can. Being a hockey goalie has taught me some very important life skills about preparation, setting goals, hard work, discipline and what it means to be a good teammate. I believe that success does not come with natural talent alone, but rather to those who have the grit and determination to succeed.
