I grew up in a Mexican house hold so being my parents put me in soccer; I never liked soccer and didn't get joy out of playing it. One day my aunt to me skating when I was four years old and I loved it told my parents and they put me in hockey lessons. That was ten wonderful years ago. See my parents especially in my younger days if hockey they always told me we don't have enough money to put you in private lessons so take everything in at practice like a sponge and work hard. And I did just this year I improved a lot I went from playing BB hockey to now playing AA hockey. See but that is just the beginning I plan one just keep improving and getting better. I didn't 1 bit of hockey for 2020 and didn't do any camps while other kids did I still went to try out for 16AA 2021 and while other kids went to camps I still out beat them while it being the first time I step on ice in over one year. I was given an A (Alternative Captain) by my teammates because they know I push them to be better hockey players.
