Christopher Burns '22 Recruiting Profile

My goals and aspirations are to attend a NCAA Division 1 college to pursue a degree in Engineering and play goaltender for their hockey association. Academics are important to me and I work hard to maintain high academic excellence while working towards my career goals. One thing that sets me apart from other goalies is that I am a team player on and off the ice. I take leadership in the net by supporting my teammates in positive and nonpositive situations and I lead by example on and off the ice representing my organization in my actions and play. I have perseverance through tough situations looking for the silver lining and working through those situations as a learning experience to grow. One characteristic I have that separates me from all the other recruits is I have strong work ethics, giving 110% of myself at all times, in practice and in games.
