Michael Kissane '19 Recruiting Profile

My name is Michael Kissane, and I am currently a junior at St. Viator High School.  I started playing hockey at age six and haven't been off the ice since.  I've been described by a few of my coaches as one of the hardest working players on the ice.  My desire to be the best possible hockey player drives me to work just as hard off the ice as I do on.  I work out every day and feel that my off ice workouts make me one of the strongest players on the ice.  I would say my hockey strengths include my speed, grit, and shot.  

Aside from hockey, I enjoy weight training and I have a passion for politics.  I hope to get a degree in political science or business in hopes of on day attending law school.  My dream would be to play at a large school at the highest level possible, but I am keeping my options open as I want to continue playing hockey as long as I can.  I look forward to having the opportunity to speak with you.
