- Training consisted of primarily 2 instructors of team non scheduled events during season. During off season trained with instructers Gino Cavallini and Kevin Muller.

- 1) On ice training 6:00 A.M. every Friday trained with Sylvain Turcotte from 2006 to present. 2) Off ice training Erik Hummel on twice weekly {non practice/game days} from 2010 to present. 3) Off Ice synthetic-enclosed Shooting rink {60'x12'} in back yard of home-average shooting and stick handling time; 45 minutes daily.
