I am a long time hockey player with a love and passion to play the game. My parents got me involved in it when I was just 3 years old and I have played it ever since. This passion for the game makes me strive to be better every time I put on my gear and step on that ice. Being a hockey player takes commitment and dedication because it is a very time-consuming sport. I know it is even more important to have this in college because academics get harder and harder so a player such as myself has to know how to have a balance between sports and academics. I believe I have the knowledge it takes to become a better hockey player while getting my degree at a college that best suits me.
