Carter's relentless pursuit of a future in college and professional hockey shines as a testament to his remarkable determination. Each day, at the break of dawn, at 5 AM, he wholeheartedly dedicates himself to refining his skills through rigorous shooting and stick handling drills, alongside intense workout sessions.

His unwavering commitment transcends the confines of the rink, as he consistently strives for excellence in both academics and athletics. As an eighth grader, he tackles 11/12th grade Geometry with precision and maintains an impeccable 4.0 GPA.

While hockey remains his core passion and primary focus, Carter enthusiastically embraces challenges not only on the ice but also within the classroom and on the field. Even amidst the demanding AAA hockey schedule, he finds time to participate in cross country running, Varsity Soccer, church's youth group, and community outreach efforts..
