Hello Coaches!
My name is Matthew Ingersoll and I am a defenseman for Berwick Academy in South Berwick, Maine. I am a hard-working, dedicated, and driven player who will put in the extra time, and effort and do the little things to constantly get better. Hockey is my passion and there is no "off-season" for me. Every summer since I started playing hockey at age 6, I have been going to elite-level tournaments all over New England and around the world. If I'm not at tournaments, I'm shooting pucks in my garage, attending skill sessions, and developing my agility, strength, and speed with a personal trainer.
I am always striving to be the best student as I understand the value of academics. As I strive to be a D1 player, I recognize that it's not just being smart on the ice, but off the ice as well.
