Noah Nettell '20 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Noah Nettell I have been playing hockey for my whole life but now it is time to start thinking about where I want to go with it. I have not always been playing goalie, I started out as a player I played right defense until my first year of bantams. I switched to goalie because the team I was on did not have an official goalie so I stepped up to the plate. I started out with close to no knowledge about being a goalie. my first year as goalie I earned a shut out stopping all 24 shots that came at me including some breakaways.

after that year I went on to varsity hockey playing for the Jeffers Jets I only played one game that season but I did not let any pucks in. I did most of my learning this season because it was a more competitive level and we had practice every day. 

I took on the starting position as a sophomore and only my third year as a goalie impressing many with my game play. taking on the starting position as a sophomore taught me many things and there is way more to being a goalie than just stopping the puck.
