Bailey Sommers '17 Recruiting Profile

Coming from small community I was a 3 sport athlete throughout High School, with limited ice time and hockey training opportunities.  For years I had to travel and tryout for different select AAA teams in the metro area.  I was forced to do my own training and dryland as these facilities do not exist where I am from.  As a senior I lead the state in goals and was 5th in overall points.  As a junior I was 3rd in goals and 6th in overall points.  I broke school records in both hockey and football as a wide receiver.  I realize I come from a small town and hockey isn't the same level as other areas, this has pushed me to train hard and to take pride in becoming a better player.  I have had to work extremely hard every game and practice.  All I am asking for is a chance to prove myself, a chance to play with the best players, and be coached by the best coaches...
