Charlie Lewis '24 Recruiting Profile

I am a playmaker. I rack up points by quickly reading the ice and setting up teammates with great passes. I capitalize on my foot speed and physical presence as an aggressive F1 and use my size to win battles along the boards.

This past high school season, I had the most time on ice per game, averaging 2 points/game. In the regular season, I was the highest assist-getter and second-highest point getter on my team. In Missouri playoffs, I was the highest goal scorer and point-getter in the state. My travel teams were National Quarterfinalists in 2022 and 2023 and finished 5^th and 4^th in the U.S., respectively.

My goal is to play the highest level of college hockey I can and be a key contributor to the team’s success.

I am a skilled official. I earned the 2021 Hustle Award from among 50 hockey officials receiving intensive training. I received outstanding feedback as one of the youngest MIHOA officials handpicked to attend the NAHL Officiating Exposure Camp in both 2022 and 2023. My goal is to continue high-level training and officiating when not playing hockey.

I am a capable student-athlete. I excel at managing challenging coursework (13 total AP/Dual Credit classes) with a wide range of extracurriculars, leadership positions, and hockey travel. My goal is to earn a law degree.
