My dream is to play in the NHL, but I know that getting an education is more important than hockey. So, going to college is a must for me. I believe that attending a D1 college will allow me to pursue both an excellent education and my dream to play in the NHL.
I am very determined. I have a good sense of responsibility, and self-awareness, not to mention great leadership skills on and off the ice.
My parents taught me that I should always be respectful and kind to others even when they don’t reciprocate those same values towards me. My parents also taught me to put God above everything else.
My overall GPA is greater than 3.5. I was recently inducted into The National Society of High School Scholars (NSHSS), I was also a part of Cohort which is a group for young minority males that thrive in their academics.
I am a physical forward, but I can also be a playmaker. I am determined to make my goal of playing D1 hockey become a reality.
