Personal Statement
I started playing hockey at four years old. I have been playing aaa hockey from mite to u18. I've had a love for the game since I first stepped on the ice. I've learned many things over the years that I use in my everyday life. I learned about team-work, responsibility, respect for my coaches and opponents, and hard work. My dream from a young age has been to play college hockey. I know that being a good hockey player isn't enough to play at a collegiate level, you also need good grades. I study really hard and I have been maintaining a 4.0 GPA throughout high school. I try to be a leader on and off the ice and work at the highest level possible in anything I do.
