Hi,
My name is Alen Grigorian. I have been standing on the ice since I was 4, and ever since my parents have always pushed me beyond my limits academically and athletically. I always wanted to play D1 since a child, not only because I love the sport, but because I would make my own and my parents constant hard work pay off. I am a highly competitive person, and I never go easy on myself and I always push my teammates to be the best player they can be. I am also a boxer, I have competed in youth tournaments multiple times which helps me increase my stamina for hockey incredibly. I have played for many different teams, and I have learned from many different coaches and playstyles. As much as I love and enjoy my sport, I always put my academics first. My mother is a doctor and most of my family went down the medical path, which I hope to go down too. I have a 4.0 GPA my junior year, and I am currently taking mostly AP classes along with completing Precalculus as a sophomore in high school. I think of myself as a very coachable person as well. Not only can I play offense, I was taught to play defense at the AAA level for an entire season and played very well.
