Hunter Beanland '25 Recruiting Profile

I am a left handed left winger with a blistering shot and a passion for the game.  I never take a shift off and Always give 100% on/off the ice.  My size and strength lead to a physical game with a high hockey IQ.  I’ve been playing the game since I was 4 years old and can’t imagine doing anything else other than hockey for my career.  I’m a leading goal/point scorer in my HS league as well as my travel teams, one of my many leading attributes is my forecheck, I smother the defense with my physical ability, defensemen become Leary of chasing pucks in the corner when I’m on the ice.  My coaches have said I’m a force on the ice and are a huge asset with my size and strength, on the PP, PK, and play a 200’ game.

Having competed in the 2023 NAHL Combine, provided me the confidence of being able to play for a tier 1 Junior hockey team, with future goal of D1 college Hockey and ultimate goal of the NHL playing for the NY Rangers.

I also enjoy my education and learning more to continue a business career in a hockey organization front office, scout, or instructor.
