Hello, my name is Shane P. Brannick. I am a 2005 birthyear ice hockey goalie from New Jersey. I play 18U AA hockey for the Atlantic City Sharks, along with Varsity ice hockey at Mainland High School, wearing #33. I am a senior attending Camden County Technical School. Academics are a priority to me, as I have maintained honor roll for most of my high school career. I am driven to play at a Division I level while furthering my education.
My love for the ice began at two years old learning to skate. I was put on my first Mite team and never looked back. I put in countless hours of practice, camps, and games always to become great. I am dedicated to ice hockey, playing year-round. My passion and attitude for the game are much different than any other. My mature level of the sport stands out. I am a natural-born team player, leader, and motivator. 2022-2023 was the start of 18u hockey, I started 18 out of 18 league games and ended the year off very strong going 17-1-0 with a GAA of 1.36, with an SV% of .946. I felt really good ending the year on a good note, all the hours put into goalie camps, late-night practices, and far-away games, just showed me how important this sport is to me, and couldn't imagine my life without it.
