Drew Maksim '26 Recruiting Profile

After graduating from Canal Winchester High School, I hope to pursue a path in collegiate hockey. I would also be interested in pursuing a path in junior hockey as well, if that is where God leads me. As a player, I am a very hardworking and relentless player. I‘m always willing to do the dirty work, lay the body, and give relentless effort during every shift. I also don’t shy away from making big plays, and shooting the puck. As far as the classroom goes, I highly prioritize my academics, maintaining a 4.0 throughout high school so far. I have also managed to accomplish a boatload of academic awards during my first two years of high school. I manage to do all of this while also being a varsity letterman in cross country and track & Field.
