Ayden Drew '25 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing hockey for about 9 years now, going on 10, and have been playing defense for my entire career until last year when I tried offense for half the season. I am different from other recruits because of my amazing coachability and ability to adapt to the necessary steps i need to take to fullfill my role on the team. I am willing to do anything to help my team including sacrificing my personal time and body to focus on getting better, winning games, and realizing what needs to be accomplished. Even though i may not be the biggest man on the ice all the time, i certainly do not fear anyone, and do not shy away from throwing body checks! I am strong in corners and breaking out of the defensive zone. Aswell as almost never getting beat and am always there to prevent a goal. These are just a few reasons why I feel I can make a difference on the team.
