My ambition is to attend university and play hockey at a high level and I plan to study business or law for my future career. Throughout my schooling and my athletic career I have always strived for my personal best. I am very driven to succeed and it is this drive that has made me an honor roll student and a great hockey player.
My leadership qualities can be seen throughout my hockey career as I have always been an assistant captain and have led my team through being a good example. I have always strived to pass on my passion for the game, my determination and my competitive edge. My coach always looks to me to be the one who sparks energy within our team and to motivate my team mates in the difficult moments of the game.
Although playing professionally is my dream, I know that my education is of the utmost importance. Attending university will allow me achieve both my goals which is to get an exceptional education and play hockey at an elite level.
