Zennon Edwards '22 Recruiting Profile

A dream of mine since I was a kid has been to go to university, and get a first class education all while playing the sport that I love; hockey. The experience would be unforgettable, and it would help mold me into the best version of myself. I am a great addition to a team because of my leadership qualities, goal scoring touch and my ability to bring a team together. I am a versatile player that can easily shift between center or either wing and am an exceptional skater with a great shot. Every coach I have played for has stated that I make others around me better because my relentless work ethic influences teammates both on and off the ice. I have also had teammates call me and tell me that if they were asked to pick one teammate to continue playing hockey with, they would choose me 100% of the time because of my leadership and positive attitude. 

"Success is hanging on after others have let go" are words that I live by and my driving force to persevere in academics and sport.
