Braedon Connelly '24 Recruiting Profile

Coaches will find I stand apart from other recruits due to my personal integrity, honesty, and moral strength.  Unlike some other recruits, in athletics, I enjoy the process.  Workouts, practices, and  intra-squad competitions are almost as enjoyable as games themselves, and in some ways, more meaningful.  I am as committed to academic success as much as athletic success, which is evident in my GPA.  I work as hard in the classroom as I do on the ice.  While the athletic success may be more thrilling, I find the academic success just as fulfilling. 

My collegiate goals are to excel both academically and athletically at an institution that will provide an environment conducive to personal growth and future success.  I aspire to take full advantage of my college experience, academically, athletically, and socially so that the experience can serve as a foundation for success beyond graduation.     

I am a great candidate for a collegiate hockey team because I have excellent leadership skills, I am a tenacious competitor, and I possess the grit and determination to not only compete, but to win.
