My name is Daniel Western, and I am 15 years old. I am a sophomore in high school (10th grade) and I aspire to play at the D1 college level or even higher if possible. In college, I hope to study for 6 years and earn a Master's Degree in Astronomy. I am a good candidate for a team because I am consistently hard - working and I am always looking to improve my skills on and off the ice. Compared to my fellow teammates, I have an advantage in speed, work ethic, and I always get up if I'm knocked down. I always get into the corners and battle it out for the puck to help my teammates score or take it in myself. I currently have a 4.0+ GPA and am taking various advanced and AP classes, such as an accelerated math class in which I am learning pre - calculus and regular calculus. I am part of the Cambridge Programme, a program originating from Cambridge College in the UK that offers accelerated courses across all school subjects, especially math, science, and world languages.
