For a long time I considered not playing hockey in college, this mindset lasted up until my sophomore year of high school. I started to become more involved with my team and was beginning to learn what it mean to be part of a team and a leader on the team. Throughout my career I have usually lead the team in points, though most of those points come from assists, I can score as well, being a leading scorer on my high school and my travel team. I like to think of myself as a playmaker, I can make solid passes and have great ice vision. I fell in love with hockey at a young age and it has dominated my life ever since. It's almost a feeling of freedom, a place where i can just focus on two things, my team, and the hard work i put into the sport. I have also become a leader on the team, thanks to skills I have learned as an active Boy Scout. I have a strong sense of pride when it comes to my team and how we perform and I love helping the younger kids on our team learn our plays and drills. In school, I am your average A and B student, I try to apply myself and get the grades I need to attend college, where i want to study in Exercise Science to become a Physical Therapist.
