I am a dedicated student and carry an honor roll grade average. I recently took the pre-ACT test and scored in the top 5% of the country for my grade level.
I grew up playing hockey in Minnesota, but recently moved to Wisconsin. I am an athletic defenseman that skates well and hits hard for my size. I've been told by several coaches, over the years, that one thing they cannot coach is IQ and that I am one of the smartest hockey players they have coached, as I am always thinking ahead and seeing the play develop.
I have always been a smaller player, which has given me the mindset that I need to outwork everyone else. I am a determined player that takes pride in coming out of the corners with puck possession.
