My name is Drew Vercher, and I am currently a rising junior at Episcopal High School. In 2022, I was invited to attend the National Lacrosse Federation (NLF) IMG Futures Academy https://nationallacrossefederation.com/events/winter-events/nlf-futures-at-img-academy/, and I was 1 of 3 LSMs selected as a 2026 Standout. I have played on my high school's Varsity lacrosse team since I was in 8th grade. I play travel lacrosse for Madlax Capital and Supreme Nationals.
My faith, family and education are the most important things to me. When I am not focusing on those things, I am practicing or playing lacrosse. Of course I love to win, but I also love being a part of a team and working hard with my friends and teammates toward a common goal. I want to play lacrosse in college, because I don't want any of that to stop after high school. I would like to play in the PLL, but even if I don't get that opportunity, I will be playing or coaching lacrosse after college, at whatever level I can.
Right now, my plan is to be a hedge fund manager. I know it will be a challenge to get into a good school, but I am willing to study hard and do what it takes to earn a degree.
