Jack Almy '24 Recruiting Profile

I  have always enjoyed competing in sports and growing up I played as many sports as I could.  Team sports in particular have always appealed to me due to the life lessons learned  and the great friendships I have made. I also really believe in the importance of being a great team player and a positive leader on and off the field.

In California lacrosse is gaining popularity and when I had the privilege  to join my first team in the  5th grade I immediately fell in love with the sport. I also play very competitive football at Jserra Catholic High School in the Trinity league which includes some of the best talent in the country. I use my experience playing football as an advantage in lacrosse as both sports require high levels of discipline, physicality, and toughness.  I work hard in everything I do and I continue to push myself to be a better player and person everyday. My goal is to play college lacrosse and to keep the sport of lacrosse in my life forever. I absorb all the coaching and feedback I get and use it to my advantage. I know one day I’ll be able to take my athleticism and dedication to the next level.

- 100 points - JSerra Catholic High School record

- Awarded Team MVP

- Selected to 1st Team All Trinity League

- Varsity letter in Lacrosse and Football(receiver and punt returner)

-Nominated for Male Athlete of the Year at Jserra Catholic Highschool
