Personal Statement

I ended the 2022 regular season for Kentucky high school teams ranked #1 in goals scored in Kentucky for all high school Lacrosse players, ranked #1 in goals scored Nationally by a freshman midfielder, ranked #2 in goals scored Nationally by a freshman, ranked #10 in goals scored Nationally by all high school midfielders, and ranked #24 in goals scored Nationally for all high school Lacrosse players by MaxPreps. I am primarily an attack but play midfield about 40% of the time. We have a small team and our attacks need to give our midfielders a chance to catch their breath. Proud and thankful for the support from my teammates as they helped me reach the #1 spot in Kentucky.

Update for 2023: I ended the regular season with 64 goals in just 9 games. That put me number one in the nation for average goals a game with 7.1. I have also recently been selected to the team USA national combine coming up this weekend that over 2000 athletes tryout for but only 150 make it, that is my most honorbale moment in lacrosse.

There is a lot of things that make me different from other athletes, I went into foster care at the age of 2 and went through 12 different houses, I finally arrived at the Jett house in 2nd grade. My two older brothers who are twins, Alex and Hunter Jett both played Lacrosse they played from 7th grade all the way to their senior year, same for my older sister Marissa. I picked up a lacrosse stick when I was in second grade and just loved, loved the game and everything about it, my dad Jeff Jett was the high school coach, so he would let me practice with the high schoolers and that was probably the best learning experience to start my lacrosse journey. I would love to continue my lacrosse journey for a competitive collegiate team and bring everything I can to the team I play for.
