As any kid would dream, my collegiate goals are to play lacrosse and receive an education at the highest level. I want to be able to prove who I am as a player and as a person, on and off the field. I want to be able to carry the passion I have for the sport to the next level. On top of playing lacrosse, I would like to get a degree that involves either business or computer science/engineering.
What differentiates me from other recruits is my passion for the sport, my determination, and my goal oriented mindset. Other than when I'm asleep, there is never a time when I don't have a stick in hand, or lacrosse isn't on my mind. Its an obsession. As far as determination and goal orientation go, as soon as I'm prompted with a task, I accomplish it That helps me not only on the field, but in the classroom and workforce as well. Alongside of lacrosse and the rigorous courses that I'm taking at school, I work. It's taught me amazing social and time management skills that cannot be taught in any other way.
I make an amazing candidate for any team due to the standards I hold myself and others too. The love that I have for the sport of lacrosse has helped me develop strong leadership skills and a determination to constantly get better. I hold myself to a really high standard, and I encourage others to meet those standards as well. I don't do that out of arrogance or ignorance, but only because I want what's best for me and the people surrounding me.
