My name is Lane Kooch, I play several sports for my high school.
Lacrosse is our newest club team. I play the X position or Attacker. I am also running a lot of Midfielder and Defense as well. I am new to the game but loving every minute of it. I am a fast learner, have been studying the game to get idea’s on moves and shots. I am very quick on my feet and can juke a lot of guys due to my cutting ability and speed. I ended spring season as the leading scorer on my team.
My goal is to one day play college lacrosse. I am often overlooked due to my size at first but when given the chance I have proven that size does not matter for me. I am and will be one of the hardest workers whether its practice or game time and am a total team player. I am willing to play any position where I am needed for my team.
My other interest when I am not playing Lacrosse includes: Football, Basketball, Hunting, Fishing & Camping, skiing, Snowmobiling and some video games. If I have my preference I would be outside as much as possible.
With the support of my family I will continue to work on my skills for Lacrosse and keep up my grades academically. My current GPA is 3.0 and I will continue to work hard to maintain my academics making it a priority over athletics.
