Personal Statement
Ironically, I didn’t start playing lacrosse until my junior year. I have played as goalie for soccer since I was 8. I played all four years on the varsity soccer team for Scott County High School and Great Crossing High School as goalie as well as recreational and Select leagues.
I was approached by the lacrosse team to play as their goalie. Little did I know, my real love was lacrosse. I studied and trained and poured my heart and soul into the game. I have a 3.4 GPA and am taking college dual-credit classes from the University of Kentucky. I am grounded by my faith and make sure to attend every mission trip I can. My most recent and special trip was to Guatemala. My save percentage for my junior year was 66.6% and this year it is currently 65.4%.
