My name is Neville Nowak, and I come from Winthrop, Massachusetts. I've been playing lacrosse since the program started just a few years ago, and the strides I've made with my team and my personal game have been quite impressive. I've been a varsity starter the past two years, helping the team make its first state tournament appearance last season, and was named a captain of the team this season. I was named captain due to the skill, grit, and effort that I have brought forth for my team playing the sport that I truly do love, and have undergone an enormous improvement over the past year due to hard work put in before and during the season. I played Fall lacrosse in the C.E.L.L playing against members of the Fighting Clams in Acton, my first action outside of the regular season. I only play lacrosse, and hope to be a college lacrosse athlete, working on my game in the off-season not only by hours among hours of wall-ball and shooting along with practicing my stick checks, but also by lifting weights to improve my strength and running in order to improve my speed and conditioning. I hope to continue my progression in the sport as I become more accustomed to it by my senior year, and play the sport I love at the collegiate level.
