I aspire to attend a selective to highly selective university where I will study mechanical engineering with an eye towards a career in automotive engineering. I am always seeking an academic challenge. My most important part of my skill set is my lax IQ. I have been a captain on our team since Freshman year, and I have been responsible for breaking down video and acting as a player/coach while on the team. I have also coached youth lacrosse. I am currently developing a new lacrosse head of my own design for faceoff specialists, and I intend to begin testing the prototype this Autumn. As a result of this work, I was named to the All League Academic Team in 2017 and 2019 (we only fielded a JV team in 2018, so while I played and worked to develop new players, I was not eligible for awards that season). I was also named to the All League Second Team as a midfielder in 2019, and I was named Academic All American in 2019.
I am always seeking to learn and improve my game, so my coaches appreciate my attitude and work ethic.
