My true goal for playing lacrosse at the collegiate level is to find the right fit. I have been in the net for 9 years and aspire to continue my career in college. I believe what makes me different then other players is that I am a team player to the core. As my travel coach said in my personal recommendation " Jimmy is the ultimate team player" that is something I am very proud of. My high school team won the Illinois High School state championship this year which was an amazing experience . I will be re classing and attending Kimball Union Academy this year. My goal on the field as the leader of the defense is to constantly lift morale and keep everyone upbeat. If you asked someone about me they would say I have a competitive edge like no other, I am extremely hard working with a will to never give up, and I have a big heart for everyone. 2020 has brought many challenges but for me personally it included a house fire that dislocated our entire family in the middle of the pandemic. Instead of being disappointed that my varsity season had been cancelled and we were rebuilding our childhood home I took it as an opportunity to focus on bettering myself athletically. I believe I am in the best shape of my life. An interesting fact about me is I am involved with farming and perma culture. My hope is to try to help in my own little way improve the environment.
