Greg Klepacki '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Greg Klepacki, I am currently a Sophomore at Pequannock Township High School and I play defense and midfield for NJ Thunder.  As a student-athlete, I work hard to be a role model for my peers and my teammates. I respect my teachers and my coaches and take all criticism as room to grow as a person, player and student.  At an early age, I have always had a very good work ethic and a competitive mindset. I am intrinsically motivated to do the best I can in and out of the classroom. I always put my best effort forward with everything I do. I pride myself in being a very coachable player. There will never be a time I won't give the team and my coach my best. I will compete until the very last second of every game. My team comes before me. Whatever role I need to do to help my team to be successful, I will always give 100% effort. When I step on the field I play every second like it’s the last and I play the game with respect.  At the end of my high school career, my biggest goal is to look back and say I gave it everything that I had. I feel I can fit in with any team that wants me because of how bad I want to win also because of how much I love this game. I think I stand out from others because I am willing to put my team before me and listen to my coaches and learn from them. Academically, even if I struggle, I make sure I seek extra help and devote as much time as needed to attain successful myself. The passion I have for Lacrosse has driven me to want to be a part of a great collegiate level Lacrosse team that I can make a positive impact on.
