I started playing lacrosse at the age of six hoping to find the love for the sport which I soon did. By playing for so many years I learned how to be a part of a team of hardworking individuals. At first lacrosse to me was something to just keep me active but I realized that the game is much more than just that. Along the way I went through struggles of coaches not having trust in me to put me in and help my team out. After a lot of hard work and dedication in the off season I got more playing time. Through my journey of playing lacrosse I've learned that I am capable of doing anything I want to do in life as long as I put in the work. After my sophomore year I received a reward for the best defensive player on my junior varsity team. I am currently entering my junior year of high school and starting my first year of varsity. I was invited up my freshman year of high school where we went on to win our section 3 class b sectionals final game.
My current academic goals in high school are to have high honor roll for the rest of my high school career. Once I reach college I plan to get a major in computer science and overall get a job that involves working with computers. Technology has always fascinated me and I hope to learn much more in the years to come. So far in my high school career I have received honor roll and high honor. I hope to be able to add on to that list as my academic future furthers as a student athlete.
